What is Silicone Soft-Touch Oil (Feel Coating)?
 
Silicone soft-touch oil, also known as silicone feel coating, matte coating or skin-feel varnish,
is a transparent surface coating specially applied to silicone products.
 
It gives the silicone surface a smooth, skin-like, non-sticky and matte finish.

Silicone soft touch coating ink:

The Silicone soft touch coating mainly used outside coating on the cured silicone rubber surfaces, cured at high temperature (200-250℃).

It is a specialized finishing technique used to impart a velvety texture to printed materials, enhancing their tactile appeal. This coating provides a luxurious matte appearance and a smooth, pleasant touch to Silicone rubber products, creating a sensory experience that is often compared to suede or leather. Characterized by smooth feeling, friction resisting, dust proof, well covering strength and adhesion strength.

ST-0455 is two parts ink, part A is silicone resin, part B is platinum water.

Usage Method:

1. First, add ink thinner (solvent naphtha 120#) to the ink and stir well (thinner: ink = 5:1).

2. Then add 5% special platinum water pl-5 and stir well. Filter twice through a 250-300 mesh filter before spraying.

3. The sprayed product needs to be baked with IR infrared light or in an oven at 200-250℃ for 5-10 minutes.
