Product Overview
Our RTV silicone adhesive is a one-component room-temperature vulcanizing silicone, specially formulated for bonding and sealing of power insulators. It cures upon exposure to ambient moisture to form a flexible, durable silicone elastomer. It works both as a high-performance adhesive and sealing material, perfectly suited for insulator assembly and field maintenance.

Application
This RTV silicone adhesive is mainly designed for bonding and sealing of high & medium voltage power insulators. It bonds the metal fittings and silicone insulator body tightly, sealing the gap between metal and silicone parts. Widely used in power transmission and distribution insulator production, on-site repair and maintenance.

How to Use
- Clean the bonding surface to remove dust, oil and dirt
- Squeeze the adhesive directly from the tube onto the joint gap
- Assemble the parts promptly before skin formation
- Allow it to cure naturally at room temperature. Full cure depends on coating thickness and ambient humidity.
