AB Component Silicone Cable Conductive Spray Coating
Product Definition
AB component is a two-component carbon-based electronic conductive spray coating, specially developed for silicone rubber substrates. After mixing A & B components and diluting with solvent, it can be applied by spraying. After high-temperature baking crosslinking, an elastic conductive film is formed on the silicone rubber surface to equalize electric field and suppress corona discharge. It is a functional coating dedicated to high-voltage cable accessories.
Product Description
This product is black two-component conductive coating, using elastic resin as binder and carbon materials as conductive filler. Mix A and B components, dilute with toluene, filter through 200~300 mesh screen before spraying on silicone parts. Leave the coating at room temperature for flash-off, then cure under high temperature. The cured film has strong adhesion to silicone rubber and good elasticity. It will not crack when the silicone bends, with stable resistance for long-term outdoor operation of high voltage cable accessories.
