WSD-312 is an eco-friendly water-based silicone spray mold release agent developed by Winstar Silicone. It is specially formulated for silicone rubber molding process. After diluted with clean water and sprayed on the mold surface, it will form a thin, uniform release film to separate cured silicone parts from molds easily.
Product Description
WSD-312 water-based mold release agent is a non-solvent, low-odor release solution for solid silicone and liquid silicone (LSR) compression & injection molding. It features great dilution capacity, stable release performance, and will not leave heavy oily residue on silicone finished goods. It works well on steel molds, aluminum molds, and alloy molds for silicone products.

Operating Instruction
- Dilute WSD-312 release agent with clean water at ratio from 1:7 to 1:15 (adjust dilution ratio according to your mold structure, silicone hardness and molding temperature; complex mold choose lower dilution ratio 1:7, simple mold use 1:12~1:15)
- Stir the mixture evenly before filling into spray gun
- Clean and dry the mold surface completely before spraying
- Spray a thin, uniform layer on mold cavity surface. Do NOT over-spray
- Air dry naturally or slightly bake to evaporate the water
- Close mold, inject / load silicone material and start vulcanization
- Demold after curing cycle finished
