Operating Guidelines
- Confirm the mixing ratio of Part A and Part B before batching.
- Blend the curing agent uniformly with vinyl silicone base material.
- Carry out vacuum deaeration to eliminate trapped air bubbles inside the mixture.
- Transfer the compound material into molds or onto substrates promptly.
- Cure at ambient temperature or apply moderate heat to shorten cycle time.
- Do not contact sulfur, amine, or organotin materials, which will block curing reaction.
