Separate sourcing and manual mixing of sodium bicarbonate and citric acid easily lead to wrong ratio, unstable foaming, or failure to foam under low-temperature curing conditions. Our compound foaming powder is pre-blended sodium bicarbonate and citric acid. It generates CO₂ through acid-base reaction for low-temperature foaming. It is an economical chemical blowing agent designed for cost-sensitive liquid silicone systems. Supplied in powder form in bags, ready to mix directly into liquid silicone.

Technical Guide
- Appearance: White fine powder
- Onset foaming temperature: 60–100°C
- Recommended dosage: 1.5–4 wt%, adjust based on target expansion ratio and density
- Packing: 20kg per bag
- Note: This is chemical foaming powder. Its cells are relatively larger and mostly open-cell compared with microspheres. Not recommended for high-end silicone products requiring ultra-fine cells, low compression set, strict low-VOC and odor control.
