WSD-312 is a zero-solvent, low-odor demolding fluid engineered for both solid silicone and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) compression and injection processes. Step-by-Step Usage Guide
- Mix the WSD-312 concentrate with pure water within the dilution range 1:7 to 1:15. Tip: use 1:7 for intricate, undercut molds; shift to 1:12–1:15 for simple cavity designs. Adjust ratio according to silicone hardness and molding temperature.
- Agitate the mixture thoroughly before charging into your spray gun.
- Make sure mold cavities are fully cleaned and dried prior to spraying.
- Apply one thin, uniform coat. Over-spraying is not recommended.
- Let water content evaporate via natural air drying or gentle heating.
- Close the mold, load or inject silicone compound and proceed with vulcanization.
- Open mold and remove finished parts once curing cycle completes.
