C-16 High Anti-Yellowing & Odor-Free Liquid Silicone Curing Agent
C-16 is a premium liquid peroxide vulcanizing agent (DBPH/DHBP) engineered for HTV solid silicone rubber. It delivers reliable curing performance, exceptional anti-yellowing property and ultra-low odor for finished silicone articles after secondary post-cure.
This transparent liquid curing agent features great dispersion in silicone compounds with a recommended dosage of 1–1.5% based on silicone weight. It fits well with compression molding and extrusion processes under 165–180°C vulcanization temperature.
Small air bubbles may be observed inside the transparent pouch after filling. These are entrapped air generated during packaging, not product defects. They will dissipate completely during mixing and high-temperature molding and will not create pores or blisters in your final silicone products.
Ideal for food-contact safe silicone applications, including baby silicone goods, kitchen utensils, translucent silicone bracelets and other light-color silicone parts that demand stable color retention and low odor.

Handling & Storage Notes
Store below 25°C in a cool, dark area, away from heat, strong acid and reducing substances. Not compatible with platinum curing systems or RTV room-temperature silicone rubber. Keep separated from platinum catalysts.
