Platinum Curing Agent PTC-200A & PTC-200B
Product Definition
PTC-200A & PTC-200B is a two-component platinum-based curing system for addition cure liquid silicone rubber. When Part A and Part B are mixed at the recommended ratio, it triggers cross-linking reaction at room temperature or under heating, turning liquid silicone into flexible solid elastomer. This platinum curing agent does not produce any by-products during curing, different from condensation RTV silicone.

Usage Instruction
- Mix Part A and Part B in the recommended proportion uniformly.
- Remove air bubbles from the mixture by vacuum defoaming.
- Pour or inject the blended silicone into molds directly.
- Cure at room temperature or accelerate curing by heating.
- Fully cured time depends on material thickness and ambient temperature.

Shelf Life
12 months when stored in sealed original containers under cool and dry condition, at temperature below 25℃.
Keep away from heavy metal, sulfur, amine substances which may cause curing inhibition.
