1. Product Description
Our silicone colorant is a highly concentrated pigment paste specially developed for tinting liquid silicone rubber (LSR), HTV silicone, RTV-2 silicone and platinum-cured silicone materials. It adopts food-safe silicone oil as carrier, mixed with inorganic & organic high-temperature resistant pigments through advanced grinding technology. The product features ultra-fine particle size, outstanding dispersion performance, no agglomeration, and perfect compatibility with all two-component silicone systems. It will not affect the curing speed, mechanical properties, transparency or elasticity of base silicone after mixing. Available in full custom color ranges, including matte, bright, translucent and opaque tones, strictly compliant with RoHS, food contact and medical-grade safety standards.

Easy mixing, can be evenly blended with silicone within 3–5 minutes by manual or machine stirring.

4. Simple Usage Instruction
- Take the required amount of silicone colorant according to target color depth (0.2%–5% addition ratio).
- Mix evenly with part A of two-component silicone base material fully.
- Add silicone curing agent (Part B) and stir uniformly before molding or casting.
- Complete molding operation within silicone pot life to avoid premature curing.
