What is Silicone to Metal Bonding Adhesive?
 
Silicone to metal bonding adhesive is a special structural adhesive designed for strong bonding between silicone and metal.
 
Ordinary adhesives cannot bond silicone well, but this special adhesive provides excellent bonding for silicone to stainless steel, aluminum, iron, and other metals.

Products Description

For peroxide-vulcanized silicone rubber and stainless steel,

carbon steel, aluminum, galvanized parts, nickel-plated metal

hot vulcanization bonding.

The adesive has excellent bonding effect, impact resistance, medium

resistance and aging resistance, provide adhesives that require or don’t require baking. 

Physical Properties
Composition: Composed of unique silicon polymers and additives.

Appearance: Colorless (yellowish) transparent liquid.

Solvent: environmentally friendly solvent (isopropyl alcohol, n-heptane)  

Specific gravity: 0.72-0.86

Application

Surface treatment: mechanical method (sandblasting) after degreasing, or chemical treatment.

Gluing: Primer607C is evenly coated on the surface of metal substrate by brush coating, soaking or spraying method.

Drying: room temperature drying at least 120mins, or high temperature drying (100℃-180℃) 15 mins -30mins.

Vulcanization: a stage of vulcanization depends on the vulcanization conditions of the rubber, and the second stage of vulcanization should not exceed 200℃ .

Notes:
 The product is volatile, please close the container after use.

Workplace fire ventilation, prevent long-term inhalation or long-term skin contact.

Should be stored in a dry and cool place, away from heat sources and open flame.
