1. Product Description
Karstedt Platinum Catalyst is a zero-valent platinum complex catalyst specially for silicone hydrosilylation reaction. It can trigger crosslinking reaction between Si-Vinyl and Si-H groups of addition-cure silicone. Widely applied in liquid silicone rubber LSR, two-part silicone gel, silicone adhesive, silicone coating and silicone ink. No small molecule by-products generated during curing, ideal catalyst for highly transparent silicone products.

- Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow clear transparent liquid, free of suspended solids
- Platinum status: Zero-valent platinum complex, chloride-free
- Carrier option: Vinyl silicone oil type / Xylene solvent type available
- Good compatibility with various vinyl silicone raw materials
- Stable liquid form, easy to weigh and dosing
Platinum concentration customizable: 1000ppm~200,000ppm
