Problem 1: Pigment agglomeration & speckles on finished silicone

    Cause: Poor grinding & dispersion of pigment particles
    Solution: Superfine triple grinding tech, zero particle agglomeration, smooth matte/gloss coloring without grain spots

Problem 2: Platinum catalyst inhibition, silicone fails to cure

    Cause: Impurity heavy metals inside ordinary colorants
    Solution: Platinum-cure compatible formula, no cure blocking, fully fit platinum vulcanized LSR silicone

Problem 3: Color migration & bleeding, stain contact surfaces

    Cause: Low molecular dye carrier
    Solution: Pure silicone oil carrier, anti-migration & anti-bleeding, no color transfer after molding

Problem 4: Color fading under high-temperature vulcanization

    Cause: Low heat-resistant organic pigments
    Solution: Heat stable inorganic pigments, stable shade under 200–280℃ high temp processing

Problem 5: Poor storage, layer separation & precipitation

    Cause: Unbalanced viscosity formula

    Solution: Stabilized paste texture, long shelf life without stratification.
