- Compression molding: 180℃, standard peroxide vulcanization
- Test Result Surface resistance controlled at 10⁷–10⁹ Ω/sq, meets semiconductor ESD protection standard. High temperature resistant for baking process; no precipitation contaminates wafer surface, halogen-free & RoHS compliant.
