Anti-Static Agent for Silicone Rubber
Product Introduction
This silicone-specific anti-static agent is a high-efficiency ionic/non-ionic composite antistatic modifier customized for silicone materials. It has excellent compatibility with solid silicone, liquid silicone, silicone gel and silicone sealant. When blended evenly into silicone raw materials during mixing, vulcanization or curing, it can form a continuous conductive micro-network inside the silicone matrix, effectively eliminating static accumulation on the silicone surface without damaging the original softness, transparency, high and low temperature resistance and food-grade safety of silicone products. It is a permanent anti-static additive, avoiding the short service life defect of traditional surface-spray antistatic coatings.

Recommended Dosage & Usage
Add 1%–5% of the silicone raw material weight during rubber mixing or liquid silicone stirring. Fully knead for 8–15 minutes to achieve uniform dispersion, then proceed with normal vulcanization, injection or curing procedures. The addition amount can be adjusted according to target surface resistance requirements.
Storage & Package
Packed in 20kg plastic drums / 200kg iron drums. Sealed and stored in cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Shelf life: 12 months under proper storage conditions.
