External Silicone Anti-Static Coating Agent
1. Product Introduction
External silicone anti-static agent is a water-based surface finishing liquid specially designed for finished silicone rubber products. Different from internal additive type, it does not need to be mixed into silicone raw materials during production. After spraying, dipping or wiping on silicone surfaces, it forms an ultra-thin transparent conductive film to rapidly release surface static charges. It solves problems such as dust sticking and static spark for finished silicone parts that cannot be re-mixed and re-molded. It provides temporary to medium-term anti-static performance and is widely used for small-batch finished silicone ornaments, electronic silicone shells, silicone foot pads and casters.

5. Application Methods
- Dilution: Mix original liquid with deionized water at 1:4 ratio and stir evenly before use.
- Pre-treatment: Fully remove dust, oil stains and release agent residue on silicone surface, make workpieces completely dry.
- Coating construction: Adopt low-pressure spray, soft cloth wiping or short-time dipping; apply 1–2 thin layers and avoid liquid accumulation and dripping.
- Drying: Place coated silicone products in natural ventilation for 8 minutes, or bake in 60 ℃ oven for 3 minutes until fully dry.
- Inspection & Packing: Test surface resistance after thorough drying; only qualified products can be packed and delivered.
6. Packaging Specifications
- Standard barrels: 20kg plastic pail, 50kg plastic drum, 200kg HDPE plastic barrel
- Sample package: 1kg test plastic barrel for trial use
7. Storage Instructions
- Store in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, storage temperature range: 5℃–30℃.
- Keep container tightly sealed to prevent water evaporation and dust contamination.
- Keep away from high temperature, open flame, strong acid and oxidants.
- Avoid direct long-term sunlight irradiation to prevent component failure.
- Elevate packages over 10 cm from ground; prohibit upside-down storage and rain exposure.
- Shelf life: 12 months under unopened sealed condition. Use up within 3 months once opened.
8. Safety Notes
- Non-dangerous goods, mild formula with low skin irritation.
- Wear nitrile gloves and safety goggles during construction to avoid long-time skin contact and liquid splashing into eyes.
- In case of leakage, absorb waste liquid with sand and wash the ground with plenty of clean water.
- Transport as ordinary general cargo without hazardous goods certification.
- Waste liquid treatment: Dilute with a large amount of water before discharging to sewage system.
