1. Product Introduction

Silicone anti-static agent is a dedicated functional additive designed for HCR solid silicone rubber, LSR liquid silicone and RTV room-temperature vulcanized silicone. It is divided into internal permanent addition type and surface temporary coating type. This product contains special conductive ionic groups with excellent compatibility with silicone polymer. It can eliminate static accumulation on silicone surface, avoid dust adsorption, product sticking and electrostatic damage to electronic components. It meets strict industrial standards for electronics, semiconductors, medical and food contact silicone products.

• Internal additive type: Mixed into silicone raw materials before molding, it migrates evenly to the product surface to form a continuous conductive layer, providing long-lasting permanent anti-static performance.
• Coating type: Applied on finished silicone parts by spraying, dipping or wiping to form a thin anti-static film for short-term static dissipation without changing existing production formula.

5. Application Methods

Liquid Internal Anti-Static Agent Operation Steps

1. Weigh the agent at dosage of 3%–5% of total silicone raw material weight.
2. Add the agent into silicone Part A (platinum component), stir at low speed for 5–10 minutes until completely homogeneous without delamination.
3. Mix Part A with Part B according to original silicone matching ratio, then conduct injection, casting or extrusion vulcanization.
4. Place finished silicone products at room temperature for 72 hours to obtain stable surface resistance data.
5. Color paste can be added together during mixing without flocculation phenomenon.

Powder Internal Anti-Static Agent Operation Steps

1. Feed raw silicone rubber, silica reinforcing filler and anti-static powder (5%–7% dosage) into kneader or two-roll mill.
2. Internal mixing at room temperature for 15–25 minutes to fully disperse powder without white spots.
3. Add curing agent, release agent and color masterbatch, keep mixing until uniform compound.
4. Compression mold at 160–190℃ with standard vulcanization time.
5. Keep molded parts stand for 7 days before testing stable anti-static resistance.

Surface Anti-Static Coating Liquid Operation Steps

1. Dilute stock liquid with deionized water at ratio 1:4 and stir evenly.
2. Remove dust, grease and impurities from silicone surface, make sure parts are fully dry before coating.
3. Construct by low-pressure spraying, soaking or soft cloth wiping; apply 1–2 thin coats and avoid liquid accumulation.
4. Air dry naturally for 8 minutes or bake in 60℃ oven for 3 minutes.
5. Test surface resistance after complete drying, pack products once reaching anti-static standard.

7. Storage Requirements

1. Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse with storage temperature controlled between 5℃ and 30℃.
2. Keep original container tightly sealed, avoid direct sunlight and UV radiation.
3. Keep away from open flame, high heat source, strong acid, strong alkali and oxidizing substances.
4. Place packages 10cm above ground, forbid upside-down stacking and rain soaking.
5. Tighten bucket lid immediately after each use to prevent moisture absorption and solvent volatilization.
6. Liquid products need thermal insulation storage under 0℃ environment in winter; slow thaw after freezing will not affect product performance.
7. Unopened sealed shelf life: 12 months for liquid grades, 18 months for powder grades. Please use up within 3 months once opened.

1. Non-hazardous chemical, low skin irritation and non-corrosive property.
2. Wear nitrile gloves and safety goggles during operation to avoid long-time skin contact.
3. In case of leakage, absorb liquid with sand and flush ground with clean water.
4. Transport as ordinary general cargo, no hazardous goods transport certification required.
5. Waste treatment: Dilute waste liquid with water before sewage discharge; seal waste powder for standard landfill disposal.
